How Coaching Works:

All training at REPS follows a structured performance model built around the demands of the sport, the athlete’s training age, and the time of year. Sessions are intentionally designed to improve movement quality, strength, speed, and power in ways that transfer directly to competition.

Rather than random workouts, every session has a clear purpose and progression. Athletes are coached through proper technique, appropriate loading, and recovery so training remains both effective and safe.

Each session typically includes:

  • A dynamic, sport-specific warm-up

  • Speed, strength, or power emphasis depending on the day and season

  • Intentional exercise selection with defined rest and volume

  • Coaching cues, feedback, and progression over time

Coaching experience spans youth, high school, college, and professional athletes across multiple sports.

1

1-on-1 Performance Coaching

Individualized sessions designed around the athlete’s sport, training age, and specific performance goals. Best for athletes who need focused attention, advanced programming, or return-to-play support.

3

Small Group Performance Training

Limited group sizes to maintain coaching quality while creating a competitive, high-energy environment. Athletes train alongside others with similar goals and expectations.

2

Speed & Agility Development

Acceleration, deceleration, and change-of-direction training built to transfer directly to sport. Emphasis on mechanics, intent, and efficient movement.

4

Sport-Specific Drills & Skill Integration

Sport-informed drills that reinforce movement patterns, positional demands, and on-field mechanics. Used to bridge the gap between strength training and game performance.
