About REPS
Structured, sport-informed performance training built for serious athletes who want measurable results.

Meet Cameron Stevens

I’m a former Division I football athlete at the University of Alabama at Birmingham with a background in competitive athletics, strength development, and performance training. REPS was built around structured progression, intentional programming, and real transfer to sport.

Throughout my own athletic career, I navigated multiple significant injuries. That experience shapes how I coach. Proper mechanics, controlled progression, and long-term development matter. Training should improve performance while protecting the athlete, not breaking them down.

REPS stands for Resilience, Excellence, Performance, and Strength. Those principles guide every session.

Training Philosophy
Performance is more than lifting weights.

True athletic development requires speed that transfers to competition, strength built with structured progression, and movement efficiency under fatigue. Programming is based on training age, competitive level, and time of year.

Injury prevention and return-to-play considerations are built into the structure of training. The goal is measurable progression over time, not random workouts.
Who REPS Is Built For
REPS is designed for competitive athletes who are serious about development.

• Youth athletes ready for structured training
• Middle and high school athletes building speed and strength
• College athletes refining performance
• Professional athletes maintaining or elevating their level

This is not general fitness training. It is structured performance development for athletes who want to improve.
